1. Buying at Full Price (No Coupon Codes or Discounts Applied)

If you bought an item at full price (no coupon codes or discounts) and it’s not customized or personalized, you’re eligible for:

•            A refund to your original payment method (minus our shipping costs)

•            A size exchange

•            An exchange for a different product of equal or higher value

•            Store credits valid for 1 year

2. Buying with a Coupon Code or During a Sale/Promotion Event.

If you bought an item using a coupon code or during a sale/promotion (and it’s not customized or personalized), you’re eligible for:

•            A size exchange

•            An exchange for a different product of equal or higher value

•            Store credits valid for 1 year

3. Customized or Personalized Products

Customized or personalized items are final sale. This means:

•            No refunds or exchanges can be offered.

•            Since these items are made just for you, they can’t be resold.

4. Shipping Timelines

Since we are a make-to-order brand and craft all our goods by hand we have the following shipping timelines.

During Rush season and sale events (August till Jan)

•            Bags & Small Goods - Typically between 8-16 working days.

•            Footwear - Typically between 12 -19 working days.

•            Jackets - Typically between 12-19 working days.

During the regular season (Feb till July)

•            Bags & Small Goods - Typically between 7-14 working days.

•            Footwear - Typically between 7-15 working days.

•            Jackets - Typically between 10-15 working days.

We do offer urgent orders and expedited orders. But please get in touch to discuss the timelines before placing such an order.

5. Return Shipping

•            Your first shipment is free when we send out your order.

•            If you need an exchange, you cover the return and new shipping costs (typically ₹250-₹300 each way from major cities for footwear.).

•            For refunds, we’ll deduct any shipping cost we paid and send the remaining amount to your original payment method.

6. Quality Check Before Accepting Returns/Exchanges

If you qualify for a return or exchange, we’ll check the product to ensure it’s unused and undamaged.

•            If it passes the Quality Check:

◦            We’ll begin processing your return or exchange.

◦            For exchanges, the processing time will be the same as a new order.

◦            For refunds, it typically takes 2-4 business days for the quality check and another 6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

•            If it Fails the Quality Check:

◦            If the item shows signs of wear or damage, crease marks, scratches or is missing tags, packaging, or accessories, we may reject the return or exchange.

◦            If rejected, you’ll need to cover shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

7. Return/Exchange Window

If you’d like to return or exchange a product, please let us know within 10 days of receiving it.

•            Quality Check Reminder: Ensure the item meets our quality check guidelines to avoid issues with your return/exchange.

•            Shipping Options: You can either send the product back yourself or ask us to arrange a pickup for a fee (about ₹250-₹350 for footwear; rates vary for smaller or larger items).

8. Cancellations

Being a made-to-order brand, we aim to craft and ship your order as soon as we can. We almost immediately start processing the orders upon receiving them. Hence, we do not offer cancellations on orders under any circumstances. So, if you have any doubts or questions please reach out to us before placing the order.

9. Shipping & Return Policy for International Orders

10.  Warranty and Free Repair:

•            Warranty - Free repairs & warranties for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to the warranty page for more information. (Valid only on purchases made in India. Both side shipping is to be paid by the customer).

•            Free Repairs - Goods will only be eligible for repairs in case goods are not damaged due to water, moisture, storage for a long time in damp areas or due to mishandling by the customer).

•            Normal Wear & Tear of leather, hardware, outsoles, laces, normal thread cuts and other moving parts is bound to happen hence normal wear and tear is not part of 2 years warranty. Only broken hardware, broken zipper, open stitching or torn of leather panel will be repaired under warranty. Any damage due to mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for free repairs under warranty and will be charged for.

•            In case of any manufacturing defect please reach out to us immediately and share pictures of the defect. We will replace the product (with same product and colour only) and will also pay for return shipping and shipping of the new product.

•            Exchange is allowed only once. If a product is exchanged for some other product from the website then it will not be possible for us to exchange it again.

•            Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

•             All disputes subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction only.

•            We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

•            Leather is a natural material and each hide varies in colour, softness, texture, marks etc hence we do not guarantee exactly same colour as there could be variation hide to hide and each lot in tanning process. This will not be considered as defect as it is the very characteristic of the product.
